Terms & conditions

This website is operated by Shub Clothing & Textile Co. These terms apply to purchases and use of our store, together with our Returns & Refunds Policy, Shipping Policy and Privacy Policy. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Orders and product selection

Please check the selected colour, material, size, style and pack quantity before paying. A pack contains the quantity stated in the selected variant; illustrative photographs may show more items or props that are not included. Size and suggested-age guides are provided to help selection, and age alone does not guarantee fit. Product descriptions and agreed specifications remain part of your purchase.

Images are intended to represent the product accurately. Screen settings may cause small colour differences, but this does not excuse a materially different or misdescribed product. We will seek your agreement before any substitution.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in Indian rupees. Shipping is included for website orders. Applicable taxes and the final payable amount will be disclosed before you confirm payment. Use a payment method you are authorised to use. Payment choices depend on what is enabled at checkout. We do not require payment credentials by email.

If a genuine pricing or availability error affects an order, we will contact you to agree a correction or offer cancellation and refund. We will not charge an additional amount without your consent.

Dispatch, returns and refunds

Dispatch is normally the same day or within 1–2 days, subject to availability. Delivery timing depends on courier and destination. Return requests should be raised within 3 days of delivery. Eligible returns have free return shipping, with refunds processed within 3 calendar days of receiving the returned goods, as explained in our Returns & Refunds Policy. Bank posting time may be additional. Statutory remedies are preserved.

Business and bulk purchases

Provide accurate billing and business details when requesting a business invoice. Bulk quotations may specify quantities, lead times and other agreed commercial terms in writing. Any special terms must be disclosed and accepted before the order; they do not override rights that apply by law. Contact us for product specifications and availability before relying on suitability for a particular business use.

Use of the website

Provide accurate information and protect your account credentials. Do not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, upload malicious content or use another person's payment details without authority. Our branding, photographs and website content may not be copied for unauthorised commercial use.

For a complaint, include your order number and a description of the issue. We acknowledge consumer complaints within 48 hours and work to resolve them within one month. This does not extend the refund timelines stated in our Returns & Refunds Policy or restrict remedies available under applicable law.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by Indian law. For disputes that may lawfully be assigned to a court by agreement, competent courts in Delhi will have jurisdiction. This clause does not restrict your right to approach a consumer commission or other competent authority where applicable law permits, including the forum available based on your residence.

Changes and responsibility

Updates apply prospectively; the terms accepted for an existing order remain applicable unless a change is legally required or agreed. We remain responsible for our obligations under applicable law. No clause excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
