Shipping & delivery

Shipping within India

Shipping is included in the displayed selling price for orders delivered within India. No additional shipping charge applies. Eligible returns within India have free return shipping, as described in our Returns & Refunds Policy.

International orders

International checkout is currently unavailable. To enquire about an international order, contact shubclothingtextile@gmail.com with the product, quantity and delivery address. We will confirm availability and provide a shipping quotation. International shipping charges are additional. Full advance payment of the confirmed order total, including shipping, is required before dispatch. Cash on Delivery is not available for international orders.

Dispatch

We dispatch orders the same day or within 1–2 days, depending on stock availability and order processing time. Dispatch is the date an order leaves us, not the delivery date. If an item or requested quantity is unavailable, we will contact you about the revised dispatch time, an agreed alternative or cancellation with a refund. We will not substitute items without your agreement.

Delivery and tracking

Delivery depends on the destination PIN code and courier serviceability. Available delivery information will be shown during ordering or shared with your order confirmation. Tracking information will be shared when available after dispatch. We do not promise same-day delivery. Please contact us before ordering if you need an item by a fixed date.

Address details and delivery issues

Provide a complete address, correct PIN code and working contact number. Contact us promptly for address corrections; changes after dispatch depend on the courier. If an order is delayed, marked delivered but not received, lost, damaged or returned undelivered, email us with the order number. We will investigate with the courier and arrange an appropriate resolution, including replacement or refund where applicable. Courier delays do not remove your legal rights.

Bulk orders

For wholesale or business quantities, contact us for stock and dispatch confirmation before placing a time-sensitive order. A separately negotiated quotation will state its delivery arrangements before acceptance; website orders retain the shipping-inclusive price shown at checkout.
