Shub Clothing & Textile Co. operates this online store, also displayed as ShubClothingTextile. Our store is hosted by Shopify. This Privacy Policy explains how personal information is collected, used and shared when you browse our store, place an order, request a quotation or contact us.

- Contact and delivery details: your name, email address, telephone number, billing address and shipping address.
- Order details: products selected, quantities, order history, payment status, delivery information, cancellations, returns and refunds.

When online payment is available, payment credentials are processed by the payment provider supporting the selected method. Information available to us depends on that provider and generally includes transaction details, payment status and limited payment-method information. Please do not send full card numbers, card security codes, passwords, OTPs or UPI PINs to us by email or message.
For an eligible refund that cannot be returned through the original payment method, we may request the bank account or UPI details needed to send the refund.

We receive information directly from you, automatically through your use of our store, and from service providers involved in operating the store, processing payments, delivering orders and handling support or refunds.
For international quotations, we use the product, quantity and destination details you provide to check availability and obtain shipping rates.

The location where information is processed is separate from the countries to which we currently offer delivery.
